Systems of play 3-5-2


Not all teams have to play the 4-4-2 that has been so widely odopted by many teams. Picking the right formation is the hardest thing a coach will have to do. As a coach you must feel what is the best for the type of players you have in your team.

98 ODP Boys will play a 3-5-2 as we have alot of attacking players in the pool. If all players understand their roles and responsibilities we will be aggressive going forward and solid in defense even with 3 backs.
