My main aim is to give you lesson plans and structure training sessions so you can get the best out of your players.

My philosophy is that winning is never to be expected, we as coaches and players need to do that little bit extra to reach our full potential. Winning can be a direct result of striving for greatness.

My aim with my blog is to compile a library of videos, articles and lesson plans that can help coaches in player development.
As facilitator of the game of soccer coaches should be giving players the tools to learn and improve in the game of soccer. To do this practice sessions must be age appropriate and progressive under the pressure that skills are developed.
